The study and performance of music has paralleled my concentration in visual art throughout my life. This interest has prompted an investigation into the production of music as an organization of pitch waves and the dialogue that exists between the perception and reality of sound.  The ear, historically adorned with precious metal, is also a receptor for music.  I have undertaken a rhythmic exploration of the ear through chasing and repoussé, creating sculpture that is a visualization of the aural experience.
